Free Local Delivery
All purchases above $120 will be entitled to free delivery within Singapore.
Pick Up In-Store
For customers opting for self pick-up, you can drop by to the store to collect your purchases during our operating hours.
Couriers
We use the following couriers for our deliveries:
- Lalamove
- Qxpress
Order Processing Time
Once an order is placed, OneUpSkates will deliver to the address indicated by you usually within 3 to 4 working days.
However, 3 to 4 working days is only an estimation. Once the parcels leave the store, delivery timing depends on the courier. OneUpSkates will not be held responsible for deliveries that exceeds the stated time or deliveries that are out of our control. There will be no compensations.
In the event that a product is out of stock, we will contact you accordingly. If there are no alternative options, OneUpSkates are entitled to terminate the sale and reimburse payments made within 3 - 5 working days. Please refer to our refund policy for more information.
All orders will only be processed during weekdays, excluding public holidays.

Tracking
A tracking code will be sent to with the e-receipt via email. Click on the tracking number in the receipt and you will be directed to the courier website to accurately check the status of your package. Buyers will have to call the respective courier's customer support hotline should there be a problem with the delivery.
