We understand that you may have gotten the wrong size or maybe decide to buy something else.

So before you bring your new product outdoors, do these 3 simple steps:

Check at home before using outdoors

If something or anything is not right, please contact us here. Our staff will assist you with the return or exchange. 

Return Period

We have a 14-day return policy. You will be able to return your purchase(s) in the condition it was received with its tags and full packaging within 14 days from the day you receive your order.

Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Kindly ensure you have the following before requesting for refund, return and exchange.

  • Unworn/unused
  • With tags
  • Original packaging
  • Receipt/proof of purchase

No Fees

We do not charge any fees for returns. The only fee you are responsible for is sending the product to the store.

Unused Defective Products

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can investigate and rectify the issue as soon as possible.

In rare cases like receiving your product that is defective, we will arrange the exchange at our expense. We will require some photos of the defective part. For more information on warranty claims, please read here.

*The return and exchange process will be a lot quicker if the product is unused.*

Defects Discovered after Use

For defects discovered after the product has been used, please send it down to our respective appointed service centre. It is up to their discretion whether they will do an exchange, repair and/or charge you for workmanship rendered on your product.

Be sure to bring your defective product to the correct service centre.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Kindly note that it will take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. It may take up to 10 working days.
