The Removable Cuff System (RCS) allows skaters to change the skate from a medium height cuff with extra support to a race style skate. This makes it a more comfortable race skate because the padding is superior, the support much higher and there is no break in time required for the skate to fit perfectly. Full Size vs Half Size: The boot of a full size + half size is the same with difference in insole thickness. e.g A size 8 and 8.5 has the same boot, however the insole is thinner on the 8.5 to give you "half a size more space" than the 8.
How it's supposed to feel when you first wear it: Wrapping with slight discomfort. It will soften and expand after 6-8 hours. Toes must be touching or reaching the end.
How it's not supposed to feel when you first wear it: Toes curling up or toes able to move around freely. Heel must not lift in the skates after tightening.
